EF What?   

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, and it’s based on the ancient Chinese healing concepts. The exciting news is that we now have physiological proof that our vascular density points can be used for healing. It's non-invasive, safe, and easy to learn when applied by a skilled practitioner. Think of it as ancient healing wisdom for modern day challenges – and most of us have enough of those these days! When we first became involved with EFT, it was basically unheard of and we had no research other than what we observed in the moment, but it’s come a long way! Now we have so many evidence-based research articles from top-notch doctors and other professionals that the efficacy of EFT cannot be questioned or ignored. Music and the Chakras: We produced a CD to balance each of the seven major chakras to its corresponding musical key for the purposes of entrainment. Thomas Glenn Smith, a professional musician, was commissioned to create original music to match each chakra with the correct musical key. (More of his original music can be found here.) During the production of the original CD we heard the keys played over and over again. We were amazed at how increasingly well and peaceful we were feeling as a result of resonating vibrationally with the musical keys. This is entrainment. Our gift to you is the CD as an mp3 with vocals or just as the stand alone music which can be played in the background while you go about your day.
